We strive to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, photographs, and information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:

- All watches are sold subject to availability.

4. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed without notice.
A transaction is only deemed accepted after payment has been confirmed and the order has been approved by Pre-Owned Watches NG.
5. Ownership & Authenticity
Pre-Owned Watches NG guarantees that every watch sold by us has undergone authentication procedures and is believed to be genuine.
Where applicable, watches may be sold:
- With original box and papers
- Without original box and papers
- With third-party authentication reports
The absence of original documentation does not imply a watch is not authentic.
6. Condition of Pre-Owned Watches
Clients acknowledge that:
- Pre-owned watches may exhibit signs of wear.
- Minor scratches, polishing marks, or ageing may exist.
- Mechanical performance may vary based on age and servicing history.
- Any known defects will be disclosed where reasonably possible.
7. Orders & Acceptance
Submission of an inquiry, reservation, or payment does not automatically create a binding contract.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse any transaction
- Decline any order
- Request additional verification
- Cancel any transaction suspected of fraud or misrepresentation
A contract is formed only after we issue written confirmation of acceptance.
8. Payment
We accept payment through approved methods communicated by our company.
Ownership of any watch remains with Pre-Owned Watches NG until full cleared payment has been received.
Where payment is made via bank transfer, goods may not be released until funds have fully cleared.
9. Delivery & Collection
Risk in the watch passes to the client upon:
- Physical collection by the client or their representative; or
- Delivery confirmation by our courier partner.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
We shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, customs authorities, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of luxury watches and the risk of component substitution, all sales are generally final.
However, returns may be considered at our sole discretion where:
- The watch materially differs from its description;
- The watch is proven not to be authentic; or
- There has been an error on our part.
Any approved return must:
- Be reported within 48 hours of receipt;
- Be returned in the same condition supplied;
- Include all accessories, documentation, and packaging.
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and verification.
11. Watch Sourcing Service
Where a client engages us to source a specific watch:
- A sourcing deposit may be required.
- Deposits may be non-refundable once sourcing activities commence.
- Estimated delivery timelines are indicative only.
- Availability is subject to market conditions.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular reference.
12. Selling Your Watch to Us
By offering a watch for sale to Pre-Owned Watches NG, you confirm that:
- You are the legal owner of the watch.
- The watch is free from finance, liens, theft claims, or disputes.
- All information provided is accurate.
We reserve the right to decline any watch submitted for purchase.
Valuations are provided on a non-binding basis until physical inspection has been completed.
13. Consignment Services
For watches placed on consignment:
- A separate Consignment Agreement shall govern the transaction.
- We may photograph, advertise, and market the watch.
- We may recommend pricing adjustments based on market conditions.
- Payment shall only be made after receipt of cleared funds from the purchaser.
Pre-Owned Watches NG does not guarantee a sale within any specific timeframe.
14. Valuation Services
Valuations are opinions based on market data available at the time of assessment.
Market conditions may change without notice.
Valuations:
- Are not guarantees of future sale prices;
- Are not insurance valuations unless expressly stated;
- Should not be relied upon as investment advice.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- Indirect losses;
- Consequential damages;
- Loss of profits;
- Loss of opportunity;

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant transaction.

17. Fraud Prevention & Compliance
We reserve the right to:
